We have received your claim for medical costs for your skin condition and your period irregularities that you received treatment for on the 2703/08 & 28/03/08.
Your policy says
SECTION 1A: MEDICAL AND RELATED EXPENSES
1. MEDICAL EXPENSES:
We will reimburse You for all reasonable Medical Expenses incurred for the treatment of an Injury or Sickness suffered during the Period of Insurance including the costs associated with medical evacuation which has been approved by Us.
EXCLUSIONS APPLYING TO SECTIONS 1A AND 1B.
We will not pay for:
9. The first $75.00 of any claim under this section of the policy.
Please note that there is a separate $75 excess for each and every new medical event you suffer from. This means that a claim for each illness needs to be voer $75.00 for it to be worthwhile claiming. Unfortunately, in this instance, we are not able to accept your claim(s) because the amount you are claiming is less than the policy excess for each event.
